Custom MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens transformed this covered condo patio into a more private and comfortable outdoor living space while preserving views to the outside.
Our clients enjoyed using their covered patio for relaxing, entertaining, and cooking at the barbecue, but the close proximity of neighboring homes made privacy an important consideration.
They wanted to create a more secluded outdoor living space without permanently enclosing the patio or losing the visual connection to the outdoors.
We recommended MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens with a mesh selected to provide greater privacy while maintaining visibility from inside the patio toward the outdoors.
The retractable system gives our clients control over the space: the screens can be lowered when they want additional privacy and protection, then retracted when they prefer a completely open patio.
Because the system is custom-made for each opening, it also integrates cleanly with the existing covered structure without taking away from the home’s architecture.
Our clients can now enjoy their barbecue and sitting area with a greater sense of privacy while still maintaining outdoor views and natural airflow.
The MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens give them the flexibility to create a more secluded environment whenever they want it without turning the patio into a permanently enclosed room.
The result is a comfortable outdoor space that feels more personal, functional, and enjoyable for everyday living.
Learn how MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens can add privacy to a condo or townhome patio while preserving outdoor views, airflow, and everyday comfort.
Yes. The level of privacy depends on the mesh selected, but MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens can reduce visibility from the outside while still allowing clear views from inside the patio. This makes them a strong option for condos, townhomes, and homes where neighboring properties are close together.
Yes. MagnaTrack™ Retractable Screens work well for covered patios, porches, and outdoor living areas where homeowners want more privacy and comfort without creating a permanent enclosure. Because each system is custom-made for the opening, it can be integrated cleanly into the existing structure.
